Draft for legal review
Privacy
This page describes how the site works today. It is not yet ARC's official privacy policy.
What this site collects
- In the access request form: your name, work email, mobile number with country code, company, role, type of organization, the situations you select, the plan you're interested in and anything you choose to add.
- In the demos: nothing. They are scripted, run in your browser and use fictional data only.
- Your language choice: stored in your browser so the site remembers PT or EN next time.
How the data is used
- We use access request data to reply to you, book and prepare the first conversation with your team.
- The consent text you accepted is stored with your request, as a record of what was agreed.
Where the data lives and who is involved
- The site is hosted on Vercel.
- Access requests are stored in a Supabase database in the São Paulo region.
- Meetings are booked through Calendly, which receives your name and email to schedule the call.
- After you book, the site may send a confirmation by email, through Resend, and the team may confirm on WhatsApp, at the mobile number you gave.
Usage measurement
- The site is set up to count anonymous events, such as button clicks and demo starts, without identifying anyone.
- No analytics tool is switched on in this preview.
What the final policy will cover
- The legal basis for each use of data under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD).
- How long access request data is kept.
- The final list of companies that process data on Elevatre's behalf, and the international transfers involved.
- How to reach the data protection officer and exercise your rights.
